I look forward to this Hazelnut Hiyashi Ramen (COLD, Vegan) every year! It's a great choice for ramen on hotter days. I've gone out of my way to order it every summer for three years. The portion size is great for me. All the ingredients are high quality and delicious. I've genuinely had dreams about this hazelnut broth. This is my go to recommendation during the summer.

Not sure if ramen is supposed to be that oily, but that was the only minor thing I noticed. Otherwise the flavor was excellent. Meat was delicious, broth was extremely filling, leeks added a nice touch. I was really sick when I ordered this and it helped me feel a lot better. 4.5/5 stars, would absolutely order again!

Super delicious ramen! The packaging is very thoughtful and keeps the integrity of the ingredients. Was thinking of trying something new this time, but found that Kinboshi has the best prices and flavors over and over again.

We have been to Kinboshi a few times, both dining-in and ordering to go directly from the store. We recently tried to order delivery from DoorDash and were incredibly disappointed. There was barely any broth in either of the 2 ramens we ordered, and when you added the noodles (packaged separately), it was like a barely sauced noodle dish - far from a soup. See in pictures, you can’t even see broth below the noodles. I called Kinboshi and left a message and got no callback. The noodles had almost no broth so it was a terrible dish. I’m not sure I’ll ever go back due to the inconsistent food - it’s just too expensive for a borderline inedible dish.
