The stew was flavorful and a perfect match for the egusi, delicious. The beef suya was seasoned well and tasty, but the portion is small.

Great flavor and portions! Best Jollof Rice and Kingsway Ogbona Entree soup I've had from a restaurant. Love the spiciness of the Spicy Gizzard.

Chicken was tough like turkey. The meat was red. Very Bad and not seasoned. 1was bone so they only gave me 2 pieces for $20 lots of dry rice with no red sauce

This was my first taste of Jollof Rice* and Chicken* <a la carte. They were too spicy for my delicate palate; so, I had to drink a lot of almond milk to get my portion down. However, my international friend, who joined me for dinner, said it was the best she ever had and she's had a lot. We both enjoyed the Side of Plantain .

I paid for extra stew, I clearly wanted extra of the dish I ordered. Ive never had red egusi soup before. There was barely any egusi just oil. Just slapped two huge pieces of shaki in the bowl . My last time ordering from here. I recommend CHEF JOHNS instead a little pricy but worth it and they treat their customers with respect.
