Overall it was super great flavor and still one of my favorites on the menu. The portion was good and I would order this one again definitely love the tri tip and it was fresh so that's a win!

The Grilled Tri-Tip is the best meal in the state of Utah. If you don't eat beef, then you can still find excellent food here. If you do eat beef, then what on Earth are you waiting for?
The Fried Risotto was just ok. The food itself was not burned or overcooked, but there was an aftertaste of burned oil. They should switch to an oil with a much higher smoke point.

Absolutely delicious, fresh ingredient, nice portion, and the addes steak was perfect. definitely will order the Beet & Squash Salad again.

Really good potatoes. Wish I could choose how I like the Grilled Tri-Tip cooked as it was a bit too well done
