The mackerel was so delicious in the 鯖 / Mackerel Ramen. Even my toddler loved it! It's packed with the broth separate so it doesnt get soggy.

DELICIOUS. Every ramen I’ve tried here has been a unique flavor broth and set of ingredients I’ve never seen at any other ramen spot in NYC. The KOHOKU-KU RAMEN I ordered was a spicy fried soft shell crab in a bonito and chicken broth blend. There was also a bit of citrus yuzu flavor along with sesame and it was perfection. Get a fun one if you want a unique and flavorful ramen experience.

Very quick, the noodles were packed with pork and ramen so they didn't get soggy but got the flavor. The broth was thick and delicious! Will order again

I ordered the Kohoku-Ku ramen and all I got was a piece of duck anda chicken. Nothing else. I spent $25 and received the $18 ramen.
