yum but i paid an extra dollar for a large milkshake and they gave me a regular in the large cup you can see in the picture its not full

I can't recommend the chocolate shake. It was just milk and a bit of flavouring. They replaced some of my doughnuts with the less expensive ones and there was no refund and I didn't get the free doughnus that were on offer.
Not a good experience.

Extremely disappointing. The worst doughnuts I've tasted. Lack of variety, and I received multiple of the same doughnuts. I can tell they're not freshly made; selling old doughnuts at high prices just won't work.
I tasted Krispy Kreme for the first time in years, and the taste is pretty bland. Lifeless is the best way to describe them. When I eat empty calories, I usually do it for the taste, but it felt like there was no reason to even touch these doughnuts.
For some reason, in my head, I remember them tasting a lot better. I don't know if it's nostalgia or if they changed something, but I didn't even feel like finishing the doughnuts.
I will never order from them again! They so deserved a 0!
