• 14/7/26Kristy Krunchy Chicken did not do a very good job with my order. I ordered something that I did not know until after I ordered it that was unavailable. My dasher did not attempt to ask me what I would like for a replacement, and instead of potato wedges, I received to containers of jambalaya. The biscuit were extremely hard and dry. The food isn't horrible, but I do wish that I had better experience than the one I had.

• 2/5/25When ordering on DoorDash, the biscuits are alway old and hard. The chicken is not fresh either. Ive had great chickenfrom there before but when ordering online it is not good.
