OMG...the food here is delicious and my go to for Louisiana Cajun fried chicken. The 4 Piece Dark Meat Chicken with Biscuit is my favorite. Fresh, fresh fresh and juicy and good sized portions.! I usually get the Jambalaya and the Red Beans and Rice as sides. I just wish the Mac n Cheese was an option!

The chicken was subpar - no better than KFC . The mashed potatoes gravy was disgusting - it was super sour. The mushrooms were the best thing I ordered. And the biscuits were dry and burnt around the edges. A total waste of $27.

The Krispy wings are outstanding. Big wings with juicy meat, and VERY krispy skin. My go-to for Chicken night.

This place is a serious sleeper, as good or better than any fried chicken in the city! Seriously better than the larger national chain competitors, and most of the niche spots in Chicago. The sides, including the mashed potatoes with gravy and jambalaya rice, taste super homemade fresh with exquisite seasonings, they are not at all artificial, massed produced,from a powdered box unlike some others! This is a place I literally crave, and about the most satisfied I've ever been with any doordash delivered dinner! Try it for yourself, 4.4 stars is too low and should be at least around a 4.8+.

There are a lot of haters on here that clearly don't tip their drivers if they wind up missing their delicious chicken! Love the 4 Piece Dark Meat Chicken with Biscuit, 5 Wings - can't go wrong. Always hot and fresh, I'd take Krispy over the Colonel any day ! Buscuits are solid, too.
