mashed potatoes are ice cold and half-filled same with the macaroni and cheese and it was soupy and the chicken is mushy it's not even crispy very poor quality would never eat here again

A little constructive feedback: the biscuits needed to be cooked a bit longer, as they arrived with the inside still soft and doughy. The same goes for the mac and cheese—the pasta was slightly undercooked and could have used a little more cooking time. Hopefully this can be improved next time!

Food was old not fresh. The biscuit was hard as a rock and the chicken had to be reheated. I only live a few blocks but since I didn't have my car I ordered it. Zero stars The west location would never.

the biscuits were a bit stale and the mac and cheese was filled up half way. i've definitely had better
