• 16/9/26This was the first time I have eaten at this restaurant. I've been craving some Zaxby's or Raisin' Canes for some tasty chicken tenders and disappointed that there are none of those restaurants nearby me like where I used to live. I decided to give this place a try and ordered the Jumbo Tenders Krunch Box. The chicken tenders were large, crispy, juicy, and flavorful. I ordered 4, but could only eat 2. The potato wedges were crispy, tasty, and a good-sized portion. The honey biscuit was so fresh, mouthwatering, and melted in my mouth. I highly recommend and will definitely order again. Glad that I have enough leftovers for another meal.

• 25/9/26This was the best fried chicken ever!! I'm so impressed! I absolutely recommend! That being said, the biscuit was very dry crumbly. Hard to swallow. I'm hoping maybe I just got part of a bad batch. but the chicken was 100% worth every penny.

• 20/10/25Delicious as always, this is one of the best values around! The chicken is always crisp and moist, the biscuits are sweet and gratifying and the jojos were nicely seasoned and still crunchy. Unfortunately, the Mac n cheese fell flat. It's a gamble and today I lost.

• 1/2/25The third star was probably generous. I ordered for the first time last night to my disappointment. The delivery was almost instantaneous however I ordered potato wedges and received instant mashed potatoes and jarred gravy and the soggy chicken strips appeared to have left the fryer hours before. The star of the show was the honey biscuit which was decidedly not worth $25.

• 29/7/25Newport doesn't have a "chicken joint", so when I found Krispy Krunchy...my hopes were raised.
The family meal with the large side of Mac n Cheese is about 3 days worth of food for my wife and me. It is all delicious, affordable and quick.
You won't find a drive through or anything...it's inside the US Market, but many of my favorites are in odd locations.
DoorDash will get you straight, if you are trying eat in the height of tourist season.
