I had a small request for the designer. To make the vase "child friendly" since it was for my kid. I would have liked to get a message or a call to ask if I could pay more for the change, or that maybe it couldn't be changed. As an owner of a small business I would have found a way to accommodate the request by changing the design a bit or just contacting the customer.
