Food was delicious, but the Loco Moco (Mini) barely fits in the container, and salad was crammed into the same flimsy container: not only was the hot and cold food mixed, but the gravy leaked everywhere and everything in the bag was covered in gravy. It was a mess! Great food, poor presentation.

This location seems to give out smaller portions than the other locations I'm used to. Quality of the meat is less than other L&Ls too. The chicken Katsu was so ridiculously thin and dry. The fried fish was also tiny. Overall, just felt like the value + barely minimum that's usually there for hawaiian BBQ places wasn't there.

This is my first time ordering from this location, but i've been to many Hawaiian BBQ places. This was probably the worst hawaiian plates I've experienced. The BBQ Mix Plate & chicken katsu meat was tough/chwey, bad cuts, super thin, over cooked and lacking any flavor. Super bummed of the quality. The only item that was well made was the rice. The lumpia is a pass for $10 - they are just okay. Would have preferred sweet and sour sauce over katsu sauce for the Pork Lumpia .

The food was crammed into a tiny container. Doesn't look appetizing... not like the L&L back home in Hawai’i. I was desperate for "home" food - but not like that. Disappointing. Presentation is so important!

(Picture for reference) They did not put any meat when I ordered a mixed BBQ Mix Plate. short rib only had bones. One piece of chicken and barely any beef. I am disappointed, im going to L&L's next time. Mainly around this time, who ever working there must've had a bad day.
