the $ is price at for $5 but you are acturally charge $10 and i..t is not worth $10. The taste in my view is excellent but you if you don't pay attention and click on a side shown for $5 it is really $10!!! Today, I order the Pork Chop (1) .It was a little tough. The Black-Eyed Peas w/ Rice was seasoned well., I really had a taste for black eyed peas not rice but it had more rice than black eyed peas. I am new to ordering from this restaurant. We each love food prepared different ways. I thoroughly enjoy the cabbage there isn't any beef bacon in it it is a spice sausage sliced in the cabbage enhancing the taste. Today the red bell pepper didn't grace the cabbage like 2 days ago . I just took notice that i had paid $10 for that side.

Fried Tilapia was absolutely perfect, great portions of everything for the price compared to any other place that does soul food. The potato salad is vibrant and flavorful and the collard greens taste like home. Great customer service too.

Literally ALWAYS incredibly delicious every single time I order. The Hushpuppies are so insanely good, no other restaurants compare. The chicken 4 Piece Tenders (SP), the Baked Mac & Cheese are just consistently incredible!!!!

This shop gets a bad rep sometimes and I understand, however , they have never let me down. The Mac and cheese has improved greatly, and the yams have always been good. Usually I get catfish and it's fried to perfection. Today, I got the sticky wings and they were PERFECT. Crunchy, flavourful white meat that was FRESH. You can't beat the prices and even if they sometimes mess up, they will always make it right. Definitely my go to for good soul food style fish and wings in DE.
