Clean fish feel free to use Ranch Dressing or squeeze a lemon..I just loved this meal! with the fried, flattened plantain, rice and yummy green salad!!! Fried Red Snapper is perfect!

My food came hot, it smells fresh. I ordered th small size but this is more than enough for two people. This is after I cut the pieces into the way I wanted it but still my plate look very palatable, and I'm very excited to eat it. I order this everytime and will continue to order it. Thank you
