Finally pollo à la brassa here in upland. And it’s amazing !!!!! We come here once a week. Great price. Owner is super nice. And all the best Peruvian options.

Got the Chaufa De Carne. Excellent flavors and I really like the sauce that comes with it! Will be ordering again.

Food was fine just didn't receive items until 30 minutes past promised time. Chicken was on the dry side but rice and Fried Plantains were great. Worth another try but the timing was upsetting.

Finally some great local Peruvian food. Great portions and was cooked on the spot. Definitely will be in my wife and I's rotation of meals.
