This has been the best place I have ever purchased borres tacos from!! The taste is just amazingly flavorful! Always made fresh and to order! Anything you try at La Central will be the best thing you've ever tried ! Safe to say I am addicted!! Not to mention the portions are perfect ! I am left so happy every visit!

I got the Quesabirria tacos and they were so good !!! I asked for no cilantro and they put toppings on the side, the consume was perfect! I know ppl complain about saltiness but I like mine extra greasy and salty (they added salt packets in the bag tho) it was still bomb

I ordered 1/2 pound of wings and only got 5 wings??? For 14 dollars with NO drink. Thats a little ridiculous to me. Birria tacos were just ok. There's better places with better prices!!

It was my first time ordering from here. I got the Quesabirria tacos, they were a little on the small side but they were very delicious. The consome was very flavorful. I also ordered the Agua del Dia. I got a horchata and it was super refreshing and tasted very authentic! very delicious meal (:

Second time I order the Nachos and it's the second time the tostadas are stale. The cheese to tostada ratio is not enough. You're left with a third to a half of the chips having no cheese. The beans they provide are also bland.
The Birria Ramen was not as good as it could be as I've had better. The portion is good but I think they can do a better job on the broth consistency , make it a bit more watery and add a bit more sazon to it . The noodles were also a bit over cooked. Honestly couldn't even taste the birria so not sure if the portion was good.
Loved the Botella coke.
Not sure if I'll be ordering again. It's the second or third time that I'm disappointed
