The popcorn was not freshly popped. It was dry with small kernels, many of which were burnt. I made several attempts to get this resolved, but received no reply.
Poor quality product and very poor quality customer service. Very disappointing!

Was disappoint by the cost of $6.19 for 100g of m&m which you refer to as large. Seriously, that's robbery

Changed the size of their popcorn bags, the "X-Large" is now the same size as their old medium, yet the prices didn't change.

The Pretzelmaker Bites were burnt and super crispy (not to mention cold) the Pretzelmaker Hot Dog was fine but the cheese was thick and jelly .. definitely not that nacho cheese they advertise
