My first order from La Tapatías de Jalisco- and it was absolutely delicious. The tortillas were soft with a good thickness. Eating the tortillas alone with butter would have been good enough. But, I tried the Taco de Papa Ranchera and the Country Ranchero Taco and they were perfection. The ranchero sauce had a perfect blend of spices and did not make the tortillas soggy. The potatoes were big crispy on the outside soft on the inside pieces. I don't know what brand of country sausage the cooks use but don't change! It tasted amazing with ranchero sauce and also had a crispy texture I enjoyed. Las Tapatías de Jalisco will be my new go to Mexican Restaurant

so yesterday I ordered pozole cuz i craving it, and OMG it was so fresh and so good and the flavoring is on point 100%. I also really like that it came with 2 tostada's (cuz not everyone does this) and with the fixings on the side. I ordered and a large I believe and had 2 servings yesterday, today had an appointment and ate the leftovers as soon I got home, and the fact that it comes in a reusable and microwavable durable container is a huge plus, because all I had to do was pop it in there for 2 minutes add me a soda on the side and I was good to go. VERY GOOD AND WORTH IT! I would definitely order from here again.

The Gordita was not with $7 gorditas are $3 and some change and way thicker than that it was a thin deep fried just disappointing for the price tag. The Barbacoa (1 lb) was alright tasting kind of plain needed lots of onion and cilantro corn tortillas are apparently home made.
