I absolutely adore this place! I have been coming here since it opened (and even before, when it was called Tea Shop 168!), and their Bubble Tea is consistently great. The staff are all kind & friendly people, and the servings of Drink "Add-ons", so-to-speak, (Tapioca, Boba, Jelly, etc.) are always remarkably generous! In 10+ years, I have never once had a bad experience! 🥰

The Winter Melon Sea Salt Crema was perfect.The Crema especially was so nice and salty without being too salty. yum!

This will be the last time we order from here, and we've ordered a lot. The last couple times we've ordered, the Pork Shumai Dumplings (4) have been completely undercooked - they're MUSHY and like paste... and the Fried Vegetable Spring Roll (4) are soggy. I don't know what changed, but it's super gross and disappointing.

Slush was great. Always are. Popcorn chicken was horrible. Couldn't even eat it. Just gross.
