This establishment is highly disappointing. The customer service was extremely poor, and the overall condition of the shop reflected a lack of professionalism. The appearance of both the premises and the staff suggested from the outset that the quality of service would be substandard, and unfortunately, that proved to be the case.

Would not recommend this place, I ordered flowers for my cousins funeral and they were the wrong color and very dry. Then when I tried to ask for a refund or my original flowers to be delivered to me they hung up in my face. Terrible business and customer service.

ordered flowers for my wife, wanting to do something nice, and what I got was a complete disaster. The flowers showed up already dead—brown petals, wilted stems, leaves falling apart. They looked like they had been sitting in a warehouse for a week before anyone bothered to ship them out.
This is not a small mistake, this is flat-out negligence. When people spend good money on flowers, especially for someone they care about, they expect them to arrive fresh and beautiful not fit for the trash can. This company clearly doesn’t care about quality or customer satisfaction. Never again.

Owner is unpleasant and unwilling to fix mistakes to order. Find some other florist worth your time and money.
