normally love everything but this time the Crazy Bread® was almost raw when I requested well done and the pizza Slices-N-Stix® almost burned.

Cutting was off, some pieces are too big. I ordered jalapeño Caesar Dip® and didn't receive it :/

My kids are allergic to these types of vegetables, and this just shows this was rushed and not well payed attention to. What else that I can't see is what I ask myself ?

I have ordered the same pizza two times in a row... both times I ordered bacon & ham... received ham and pineapple instead. Disappointed at their attention to detail. Won't spend $ again for anything custom.
