Detroit-Style Deep Dish Pepperoni is almost always undercooked, even when we tick the box for "Well Done". Crazy Bread® is always hit-or-miss. Either burned to a crisp, undercooked, or zero seasoning. Price is always great but this store has major quality issues.

the ExtraMostBestest® Pepperoni not no cut well or cut at all and seem a bit average then the last time I ordered it theItalian Cheese Breadwas sticking to the box when I opened it so it seem likeit was rushed and the Caesar Wings® seemed like they were decent so no complaints from that...but overall could of been better

Expectation vs. reality is an understatement here. What was advertised as a golden, buttery pretzel crust arrived looking like a burnt, salty disc. Instead of the "4-cheese blend" promised, I got a thin layer of dry cheese over a crust so tough it was hard to chew. A total swing and a miss

Stuffed Pretzel Crust with Cheese Sauce & Pepperoni
Way Too much salt was used for my pizza to the point I had to wipe majority of it off.
