Never had this happen before, but my crazy bread is burnt and hard as a rock. Every slice of the crazy bread is dark. Im in shock.

The Detroit-Style Deep Dish Cheese pizza and the Italian Cheese Bread were almost burnt when we got them

The pizza was over cooked. The cheese on it was brown and crusted.
