This is my go to place for a good meat and 3, but today the dressing was too salty to eat and the flounder pieces were small and tough. Pretty disappointing.

My in-laws were in town from Kentucky. I knew some great country cooking would make the last night of their visit special. Lizard's Thicket did not disappoint!

The meat and three is always satisfying. Baked white chicken, macaroni and cheese with collards and cornbread is my go-to Sunday supper!
