Lobster was frozen, clam strips were frozen and so difficult to chew that we had to dispose of half of them, the dozen oysters had to weigh less than three ounces, the lobster bisque was so bad that even my mother, who has notoriously bad taste, ended up throwing it out, and the key lime pie was, put simply, the worst key lime pie I have ever had in my entire life--it had a sandy texture and tasted awful. The one highlight, surprisingly, was the hot dog, which was actually very good.

Really good fries were a little soggy and no ketchup to pair... roll was delicious lobster crazy fresh and tender

There's absolutely no love or flavor in this food.
Except the very sad piece of keylime pie, which tasted like it was left opened in a freezer with seafood. It tasted like seafood and metal. I wish restaurants would stop using Ai photos for their representation. The texture was chalky & grainy. We did not finish it.
The "Lobster" Mac & Cheese did not get eaten, just the 3 pieces of lobster on top. The cheese sauce was like water and had a weird, blan flavor. Charging $26 for that is CRAZY work.
The fries had no flavor at all, basic frozen krinkle fries that also tasted like seafood & metal freezer.
The Lobster rolls themselves were OK with a lot of butter.
The only item that was good was the Lobster Bisque, very creamy, not much flavor.
I wouldn't order from here again based on presentation, price, and flavor.

The lobster bisque that you receive is NOT what is pictured on the site! It's pictured as cream colored with chunks of lobster. Instead, it's a tomato base with shreds of lobster--basically what you can get from most grocery stores. Tasty, but not as advertised.
