The chicken wasn't like it used to be. Still tasted good though.

I'm kinda shocked by how good this is. never eaten here before a few weeks agoand now 2nd time ordering. I've had issues a couple months ago when i tried to order- twice after placing my order it never confirmed and had to be canceled but no issues recently. Fish (3) is so surprisingly good. cooked perfect. hushpuppies are great.

I ordered a 3 piece fish dinner with coleslaw and Hush Puppies and a drink. I ordered a separate order of fries and a separate order of 3 pieces of shrimp. I only got 2 pieces of fish. And such a small amount of fries that I can't believe long. John silver's has the nerve to charge me $4.50 for an order. That size that would fit in my hand. Not to mention the fact that they shorted me a whole piece of Fish (3) fish! AND they put all the orders together in one small box! I am just APPALLED at the low quality of customer service and care!
I will NEVER order from them again and I'll be sure to tell everyone about this!

I ordered one Fish & Shrimp combo and one additional Fish (1) . I never received the extra Fish (1) and in the combo that I ordered I only received three out of the six shrimp and one of the 2 hush puppies. I did receive the coleslaw and fries for my sides!
I've ordered this more than 10 times and this is the first time that I've ever had this problem, I've never not received what I've ordered from this restaurant until today! 🥴

One of the best long john silvers I've ever eaten at. I've been IN the store and just ordered it and it was amazing. 2 pc chicken with coleslaw. yes ma'am!!! 5 stars
