after a long, exhausting day... I just wanted good pizza. I'm so happy I took a chance with Lorenzos... thank you for being so accommodating... your Stromboli and Breadsticks are absolutely delicious and tastes like whoever made it actually cares. thank you for being a highlight of my very, very long day.

One of the items didn't even come there was tiny packages of salad dressing that you paid a lot of money for and the salads were small. They were in like a hamburger size box so packed in there there was no room as soon as you opened it the salad fell all over the bag I used to get salads from them. I know there's shrink inflation and all, but that portion size was ridiculous. Left us both hungry at the end of the meal. I wouldn't order salads from these people.

I added ham to my pizza for an additional charge of over $2 and they barely put any on the pizza. The amount of added bacon was also lacking, but at least I could see the crumbles on there. My first pizza I ordered was great, but this one was truly disappointing.

It seem like a rush job, the Stromboli (Large) was not cut all the way threw and the Cajun spice has changed. It's not good anymore. It also seemed like a regular instead of large. This is a 1st for this, usually their Stromboli's are Very Good!

The pizza and antipasto was good as always. However the breadstick were very burnt. They should have never been sent with my order, they should have remade them and sent with the order. FYI: serving burnt food does not leave a good impression on a customer.
