If you haven't been to Los Vatos Tacos yet, you are missing out on the absolute best Mexican food in Genesee County. I've been a repeat customer for a long time, and across countless visits, I have enjoyed every single thing on their menu!
The Quesabirria tacos are unbelievable—crispy, cheese-filled, and paired with a rich, savory consommé for dipping. Their Carne Asada is perfectly charred, the Al Pastor is packed with smoky flavor, and even their Pollo tacos are juicy and seasoned to perfection. Beyond street tacos, their massive burritos, loaded nachos, quesadillas, and taco salads are top-tier. Always get the rice and beans on the side!
The staff is consistently fast, warm, and friendly, even when there's a rush. The portion sizes are generous, the ingredients taste incredibly fresh, and the value is unbeatable.
Los Vatos Tacos is a local treasure. Do yourself a favor and check them out!

The packaging is cardboard "boats" wrapped in plastic which is fine but it does get very soft and soggy when delivered so just be prepared for that. Single Queso Birria Taco is very tasty and the consume is yummmmmy, the Taco (ordered pastor) was tasty meat was a bit dry but with enough lime and salsa youre in business. the Elote was a decent size and had a nice amount of toppings to mix in and sufficient seasoning. all in all very good.

First time trying this place!! So delicious. Just need my fries sprinkled with a dash of salt. Overall the family loved!! Fresh, good portion for the price and tastey.

I spent about $30 for 2 Carne Asada Tacos, a Watermelon Agua Fresca and Chips & Queso. The tacos were small and barely had meat but it was flavorful. The Chips & Queso and drink were both disgusting and not worth the money. The Fresca is about $6 and not worth it, they gave me 8-10 chips and this small side of bland queso. Highly disappointed.. feel like my money was wasted.

I never rate anything people have bad days things happen we are human but that food was awful. the queso cheese was not queso, tasted like canned cheese whiz. the green salsa tasted like camper! the birria tacos were soggy and oily. the chips were stale.
