Signature Dac Biet Pho Beef was delicious as usual but I still do not see any brisket. Great as usual to have the sprouts lemon wedge and chili in a separate self-seal bag. Love the Seafood Spring Rolls Vermicelli Bowl with copious fresh shredded vegs and the sauce added the zing to the bowl. Great to have 5x instead of the 3s & 4s of other stores. Not greasy at all and went down beautifully with the shredded vegs & the 2 big Cos lettuce leaves.

Signature Dac Biet Pho Beef was delicious with Beef &Tendon Ball, Sliced Beef but I could not see any brisket pieces. Soup was flavourful and well sealed. Love the fresh bean sprouts and mint leaves packed separately to keep fresh. The Seafood Spring Rolls were well prepared and not oily at all with a sprinkling of sliced chili, shallot and loose pieces of crisps.

Spicy Pho Slow-Cooked Brisket had tender slices of cooked brisket beef and fresh veg and coriander. Liked how the lemon wedge was bean sprouts were packed separately.
Chicken Wings in Nuoc Mam Marinade was flavoursome but a little tough and dry. Shoul have ordered the Spring Roll salad. The Nuoc Mam Marinade was tasty, with sprinkle of sesame seeds on top. Loved the sliced red and green chilis.

Thinking it was similar to a Bun Bo Hue, it wasn't. More of a spicy, sweet and sour soup with rice noodles, shredded carrot and cabbage. The 3-Styles of Beef was good with also 3-Styles of Chilli (Pickled, Fresh and Sriracha). Nice dish but not a traditional Pho.

Spicy Pho 3-Style Beef was excellent with a side of lemon wedge and sliced large green chili! Flavourful and the crispy pork crackles added a gret zing to the dish. Superb pho stock with lots of fresh shredded vegs.
Hai Hai Nam Chicken Rice Set [Lunch Only] was cleverly served with the rice tinged with ginger rather than the traditional pandan leafs. Chicken thigh meat was boneless but for me, a little overcooked, rather than the traditional cooked just to the bone style. Tasty but was approaching the tough side with a couple of bonus feather stumps on the tail. I didn't quite get the ginger soya sauce as I didn't quite sense the clarity of the ginger and soya sauce but a new blend of richly flavoured dipping sauce. I did love the ginger fragrant rice, which I think was the Vietnamese style called "broken rice" by some stalls. Perfectly cooked and yummy! Similarly, the bonus broth was quite unexpected in flavour and sans the usual simplicity of chicken being poached in the stock.
