• 4/4/26VERY tiny portions. 1 rib, two pieces of brisket and a scoop of pulled pork...enough to feed one hungry person.
Taste was phenomenal, but portion not nearly worth the cost.
Shout out in the Mac & cheese though as this was a solid portion...and tasty too.

• 20/3/26Above and beyond service and food quality!! I order the 1/2 Chicken usually once a week and at least a Side Soup and I am never disappointed with the freshness, portion size or flavour!! And, I always recommend as the place to go out with my friends and family.

• 23/7/25I thought I'd try out the daily soup today; but it didn't come with cornbread like the menu said and it wasn't the flavor listed on the menu - it was some kind of tomato base with bacon in it (it wasnt very good), if I had known both of those things I wouldn't have ordered it, seeing as how $7 is kind of steep for what you end up getting. However, the rest of the items are consisent when I order them and really tasty - the pork belly bites and frito pie is my favorite. This time I got the beef and cheddar sandwich and there's was lots of delicious meat on there! Overall this is a fanastic local joint!

• 18/8/25The chopped brisket sandwich is good quality. However, it consists of bread, tender brisket meat, and no vegetables or other toppings on the sandwich, the brisket meat itself also has no sauce, just relying on the moisture of the brisket itself. But, the brisket to me at least, is of good enough quality, portion and freshness for it to be the sole ingredient in the sandwich. Some people may feel differently, but I feel that it was a worthy enough of at least 4/5 stars, I would order again
