Salmon was close to inedible - not even remotely fresh. Rice gluggy and no balance of flavor ... so easy to make a fresh tasting poke bowl and you are not achieving it

the broth was okay but I had to take all the chicken out as it tasted like and had the texture of the weird gross chicken you can buy in bulk bags in the frozen section
