16" CHEESE was great. I got double pepperoni and ricotta. the pepperoni was a spicy hearty pepperoni. MOZZARELLA STICKS were ok. definitely frozen not homemade. the order was correct and hot. I was a little unhappy with the drink. if I knew it was only 16oz there's no way I would've paid $4. i expected at least a 32oz. I'd order the pizza again.

Expected more with the high rating. Second order today bc their pizza was delish. This go around, KIDS BAKED ZITI MEAT SAUCE was okay, decent portion. Expected more sausage/beef, more flavor, Italian seasoning, ricotta, etc. cheese flavored noodles feel with a sprinkling of meat. Kids Manicotti is a joke for the price. Will never order that again. Shrunk noodle, 2 finger size if that, swimming in more tomato sauce than the noodle. A lot of liquid tomato sauce. Acidity tasting. A pinch of sugar can neutralize that. Both dishes really need seasoning to get away from the tomato soup outcome. Never had Italian dishes missing normal and flavorful seasoning. Shocking. It's like ketchup sauce over noodles. Fair warning. You'll see. The bread appears to be flat pizza dough in a long square shape, toasted. It tasted like a piece of loaf of bread. What's up with that? Was so disappointing for the price and not so special taste experience. Won't order these dishes again. Would suggest adding butter and garlic to your bread, folks, like your competitors all do who serve pasta dishes and are popular around here. It's a set expectation for most customers. More flavor, more orders. The tea was strong and flavorful. On a positive note, the cheesecake is an authentic NY style and like a lighter, mascarpone cheese flavor.

Can't review our NY CHEESECAKE because we didn't receive it. FRIED RAVIOLI portion disappointing for almost 10.00. CHICKEN FETTUCINI ALFREDO was decent, but a bit oily. Utensils would have been appreciated.

Overall, the food was mostly enjoyable, but the order accuracy issue (mushrooms on a pepperoni only pizza), lack of tamper-proof packaging, and disappointing chicken alfredo ( no seasoning and peculiar taste) prevented this from being a higher-rated experience.
