It was really delicious. It's actually really hard to find ramen places that actually know how to do the basics, like the broth seasoning and noodle cookness, but the ramen was delivered perfectly, way above my expectations. I ordered the Hakata Tonkotsu DX without pickled ginger (I personally don't like ginger). The broth flavor was perfect, and the noodle they use is the extra thin type. It was cooked perfectly. It really felt like I was eating at the restaurant, in person. They use ginger for the chashu marinade, by the way; I just don't like eating ginger, but the flavor doesn't bother me. I would definitely order again.

Love the flavor but $23 for the deluxe ramen only included one pork belly with barely any meat. It was all fat. It's supposed to come with two. The other "pork belly" that was in the ramen was just a strip of meat... like super thin and tiny. You can hardly call it an actual topper for the ramen. Like I said, the flavor is wonderful but if you want actual toppings, they cheap out on it. The noodles are good too. If you go in person, the portions are better. Online it seems like they cut everything in half.

Has to be the best ramen in Vegas. The Spicy TanTan Men was so rich! But not too creamy. Perfect blend of flavors.

The "amount" of chicken we received is utterly meaningless. It seems every time we order the portions of chicken we receive is smaller every time.

I only order because I love the boiled egg. Guess what? The egg never comes with the food and that is so disappointing. Paid $22 just for the noodles. :(
