To create the Cleveland Deep-Dish pizza, we combined what you love most about our Cleveland & Detroit Style pizzas! This new pizza style is made with a crispy cheddar outer crust, a base that is extra thick and airy with a crispy undercarriage! Served with our 60+ year old Original Pizza Sauce & topped with our Prov/Mozz cheese blend! (Serves 2-4)

Columbus Style Thin is a super thin & crispy crust that is square cut just like they do it in C-Bus!(SM Serves 1-2, MD Serves 2-3, LG Serves 3-4)

Our Chicago Tavern Style is a Super Thin & Crispy Garlic Parmesan Crust cut into 16 Squares just like in the Windy City! Serves 3-4

While we take meticulous care to be gluten-free, our pizzas and ingredients may have been exposed to gluten from other foods in our kitchens. Detroit & Sicilian (Serves 1-2) Cauliflower (Serves 2-3)

St. Louis Style is known for its thin, cracker-like square cut crust, sweet tomato and oregano sauce, but mostly for Provel cheese—a smokey, creamy, blend of Swiss, provolone and cheddar. We don't offer BYO on this pizza because the Provel cheese is prone to burning. If you modify this pizza we recomend 2+ toppings and/or xtra prov/mozz cheese.
