Maximilian's has the best salads and sandwiches in Sarasota. You might not think a salad could be very exciting, but they have such a delicious combination of colors, textures, and flavors. In particular, I recommend both the raspberry pear and Cobb salads. The size and protein content is generous enough that it makes a substantial meal. The sandwiches also have expertly combined, delicious flavors. I have eaten food from Maximilian's many times, and their quality is consistent.

Hadn't had their Cuban in a while and in my opinion it's the best around here in Sarasota. It was off point today and somewhat overdone/burnt which was disappointing. I tried the red skin potato salad for the first time even though I'm not a huge potato salad person. It was excellent. Overall recommend this spot.

Uptown turkey is always my go to! An absolute FAVORITE. I love the Bleu Chicken Quesadilla as well, but I always order it without the bleu cheese.. :)
The sweet tea, with lemon, is even better than any place in my opinion.

100/10! Sandwiches are fresh sandwiches and made to order. Mac Salad is unique, flavorful with a sweet and tangy dressing.

8" Deluxe was 75% bread at least. Bread was easily a day old or more. Very little meat or anything else really. One of the worst sandwiches I've had.
