• 28/3/26I have raved about the Toasted Ravioli (10 pieces) but tonight was an epic fail. They looked and tasted like they had been cooked hours ago and had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. They were tough and inedible. The pizza was lacking. My go to order is the Extreme Supreme. It almost tastes like there is little to no marinara sauce on the crust. I have included a picture of the Toasted Ravioli (10 pieces) that I got a month ago (bottom pic). It was phenomenal. You can tell today's top picture pales in comparison.

• 19/3/26I’ve ordered from Mazzio’s a couple of times recently through DoorDash, and unfortunately it’s been really inconsistent.
Yesterday, I ordered cheese dippers and didn’t receive my marinara sauce. I called, and they did make it right through DoorDash, which I appreciate. On top of that, the cheese sticks themselves were actually perfect.
Today, I ordered again and this time I got my dipping sauces—but the cheese sticks were overcooked.
At this point, it just feels like something is always wrong with the order. I keep giving them another chance because they used to be really good, and when it’s right, it’s really good. I’m just not sure what’s changed lately.
Hoping they can get back to the consistency they used to have.

• 24/1/25Mazzio's 1/2 Chef Salad is always delicous, but asked for bacon and cucumbers to be added. Not worth 3 more dollars.

• 27/5/26Pizza undercooked and inedible! Crust wasn't done at all. Tried picking up a piece and the toppings slid off the undercooked doughy what's supposed to be crust.
Cinnamon sticks were also disgusting and inedible due being extremely hard or over cooked or old or sat under heat lamp too long? As you tried chewing the leather like strips you'd gag from the massive amounts of sugar & cinnamon on these greasy bricks. Waste of money although it was packaged securely, as if someone would want to steal any of this. Lol
