Every order, at least one food item is old and stale. Fries have been cold or burnt, nuggets were not fresh, Big Mac buns were stale and broke apart while eating the sandwich. There are consistent issues with freshness and overall quality. It's not like McDonald's is cheap anymore.

I ordered Diet Coke® and I got some clear soda that was so bitter I could barely drink it. And my sandwich barely had any lettuce and stuff. They were so skimpy on the ingredients. I love McDonald's but I was so disappointed

The Bacon Hot Honey McCrispy™ was undercooked, so was the Ranch Snack Wrap® so undercooked the meat was slimy! The Big Mac®was so extremely salty! Portion was okay, freshness was fine it was all warm. But i definitely wont be ordering those items again!

I just threw out a sack of overcrisped, dry and cold food from a competitor that arrived without the drink Iordered. THIS experience was MUCH better! THANKYOU YOU, McDonald's Night Crew!!!

The hashbrown was old, cold and dark colored like it had been sitting for awhile. I find the cost of a hashbrown is way too much for fresh, let alone old and cold.
