I asked for extra onion and was met with this monstrosity after opening the box. It was like they grabbed an actual handful and threw it on there. The fries were also undercooked and still somewhat frozen. They must just be having an off day because I've never had issues before.

we've been ordering a lot from McDonald's lately, family in town. And EVERY order had been perfect! Food, hot fresh and just as ordered! Even down to the EXACT amount of ketchup requested!!!!
