Today, The evening crew got it right. My last few orders were wrong and I received ed credits. This time everything i ordered was correct. I asked for no salt on my fries and no cheese on my burger and got exactly that. Just really wished orders were consistent overall.

Fries were cold and my burger was extra sloppy. I wish they would do better cause we already spending money at least make it fresh.. Big Mac® MealApple Pie was NASTY could tell they were sitting for too long...

The Double Filet-O-Fish® was dry. There was about a dime-sized dollop of sauce. My drink was missing from the Triple Cheeseburger Meal . I just don't understand how someone checks the screen for the order, verifies 2 combos, considering there were 2 fries, two sandwiches AND a sticker on the bag for the order with the itemized list, but STILL fills the order incorrectly. There are just too many opportunities for them to check and be sure things are right. These are orders that we are paying for and not getting full refunds for because they are not paying attention. Mistakes are made but they should not be consistent with a shift leader/manager on duty. Really hoping they improve this ASAP.

Was please that my 13 Cookie Tote was properly cooled down a bit so the cookies dont form one big glob. Thanks

Welp? They got it wrong again. I asked for and paid for a Double Filet-O-Fish® Meal and received a regular Filet-O-Fish meal. The 13 cookies we're not cooled so they're all mushed together LOL. Definitely can't share these. They're ne big blob. I really wished that they would slow down and pay attention to what they're doing and take pride in their jobs. No one wants to pay for this quality of food or expect less of they paid for. When cookies cool down they all get hard so one bigblob. Great job McDonald's.😒
