• 29/8/22We seem to occasionally have trouble with this location. With this particular order , they didn't include straws or sauces for the nuggets and the fries were severely undercooked so much that we had to put them in our air-fryer for a few minutes to fully cook them. The burgers were put together like they were shot out of a cannon.
Being an employee there for a number of years in my youth , I know what kind of haphazard care was put into this order.
I will definitely be spending the extra buck or two to order from a further location in the future.

• 16/5/23Worst McDonalds in Richmond, I ordered a meal with Medium Fries. Fries are not fresh as well as its organge in colour. Hard to eat fries and chicken patty was not fresh, smells so bad...

• 18/7/22Will definitely but this set again. Valuable! But the only thing is missing the condiments. No ketchup is not acceptable.
