• 12/4/26This is ths second time this has happened and surprisingly I have placed the same order before with absolutely no problems. Last time I ordered thru the app and it said for support contact Door Dash. Since it was the first time it happened, I let it go but this time it happened again. Burnt apple pies that crumble in your hands and fall open. Sundae's prepared too soon , before rider arrives to the restaurant and then hot pies placed on top of them in the carrier bag. Caramel sundae all melted and doesn't even seem the right quantity.
Too bad its one of the best locations!

• 25/3/26I gave this order 4 stars as this store has started getting my orders right. In the past it was BAD. Something wrong in every order. They could improve on adding the extras like extra ketchup or mustard as it's barely there even after asking for extra. The biggest disappointment is when I pay 60 cents for cheese to be added and it's like 4 little slivers of shredded cheese. Not okay. That is a constant issue. But because of the improvements, I will still stick with this store. Just please actually give shredded cheese when paid for.

• 24/6/25they finally got the sausage Sausage McMuffin [370.0 Cals] perfectly crispy for one. this place usually has very soft barely toasted English muffins but this time they were really crispy and that crispy texture is what elevates the mcmuffins. I hate when they are too soft. I prefer crispy almost burnt muffins. delicious 😋

• 18/3/23The English muffin wasn't toasted. The hashbrown was barely cooked. This location is the worst. Not the first time food is not cooked properly.
