My order was good but it didn't include the free item. It was okay otherwise, burger was good but overpriced when no free item included despite the fact it said free item

They didn't include the hot chocolates to my order. I called...Turns out the machine was broken. They didn't update the DoorDash driver. How was he suppose to know the bag seal is closed and is assuming the drinks are in the bag like usual.
Please update those who pick up orders so the customer doesn't get upset at the driver or the workers.
