Normally I have good service but today I just got my food fast but the medium fries are ice cold full of salt and all soggy and they were only half full maybe. Seems like I received an old order or something. Tried to upload my photo but the app will not allow me to

Hash brown was overly fried and the muffin was hard. Very dissatisfied.

Caramel Frappé could've been more filled since i asked for no whip cream but everything else was good!
