Our fries were cold and seemed old. The cheeseburger I ordered did not have onions, I ordered extra onions, and was cold. The cheese was not even melted. This is the third time our food has been wrong and cold, not from waiting, but like it had not been hot to begin with. They need to either retrain their staff or get new staff because the quality has gone into the toilet recently.

I was missing a 10 piece, chicken nugget, a basket of fries and instead of receiving the medium fries that went with my meal they gave me two small fries. The strawberry banana smoothie did not have much flavor but instead a lot of ice I don't think I will ever order from there again. This has not been an isolated incident, but has happened several times. Very disappointed!

I got all of my items I asked for. Fries were still hot and very filled. They even remembered our Buffalo sauce this time! :)

fries were half full and stale. burger dry. no straw. cup packed with ice so got maybe 3 sips.

Never fails for this mcdonalds to mess something up. Got my large fry only half full and clearly cant complain since it was a door dash pick up
