I ordereda Mocha Frappé with no whipped cream. I wanted crushed oreo. I got a Mocha Frappé with whipped cream and NO crushed oreo. The extras are expensive and still you get it wrong. They're too expensive to get wrong Mcdonalds.

My 10 piece mcnugget was great. However I ordered a mcchicken with an extra patty and didnt get my extra patty. Didnt think it would be that hard to add an extra patty when you just have to put it on top of the other one. Why offer it if you're not going to do it?

I literally paid extra for Sweet N Sour Dipping Sauce and didn't receive any.
