No ketchup ordered.LOTS of ketchup received. Also one patty was 1/4 lb and the other was a regular burger, thin patty and burned. The fries were ok, but the burger was inedible dueto being burned mostly. The 1/4 patty was not burned. Overall, I give it a D+

The meal tasted like it was left over and not fresh. Portion was as advertised. Might order in store but not online again. Disappointed in the big arch it was very dry a bun was hard.

That was the most sloppily made sandwich I have ever had. I asked for lettuce and tomatoes to be added, and they added entirely too much lettuce, and there was so much tarter sauce on the sandwich it was in globs on the inside of the box when I opened it and just trying to take a bite was so messy. It was as if it was intentionally made that way because someone didn't want to do their job. Worked in fast food management before and I already know the things some crew members are capable of doing to customers. And the nuggets were not fresh and too much salt on the fries. Only thing enjoyable was the sweet tea. I usually don't leave reviews good or bad but this was just highly disappointing.

Food was good and fresh as always but the coffee was not right. It was not brewed correctly and had a sour taste.

My recent experience with the 10 pc. Chicken McNuggets® 10 pc. Chicken McNuggets® Meal was disappointing, as the nuggets were dry and overcooked. The fries were the only enjoyable part of the meal. Additionally, the Hot 'N Spicy McChicken®was unpalatable; the smell was off-putting upon opening it, and the single bite I took was enough to not have me eating any more. I was disappointed because I was really hungry and I used my last 20 for this .
