The big arch sounded great but was cooked and assembled so poorly. Burgers were dry and bland. sauce and toppings were skimpy. Bread seemed old.
Ordered some sauces for th side and 2 out of 3 were just ignored. Also wasn't given a straw or napkins
The price was nuts too. 20 bucks for a burger and a shake is wild.

My Sausage Egg and Cheese McGriddles® Meall sandwich was greesy and tasted like a grill top. My iced vanilla latte was all vanilla flavor and no coffee. I threw half my sandwich out and tossed half my coffee. Will not purchase again!

I paid extra for extra sauce sauce and never seen less sauce on a burger. Literally, almost none. The burger was also dry and didn't have any seasoning.

they keeping putting the drinks and hot food in the same door dash bag and it's effecting the quality of the food when it's received. should definitely use2 bags- one for food and one for drinks
