Ordered Double Quarter Pounder and Double Big Mac meals. One missing chips.
Also previous order had poor packaging. Drinks packed in brown paper bag and spilled. Dripped through the hallway and by the time we opened it there were nothing left in the cup. Very poor service, and apparently very common for Maccas.

Hi, I just got my order and I’m pretty disappointed. The chips are cold and stale, and the burger seems undercooked and not properly cooked through. I was really looking forward to the meal but it’s not edible like this. Could you please help resolve this or organise a replacement/refund?

missing items, 1 large Fries and 10 pc nuggets. Big Arch the buns are dry like they've been sitting out for a while.

burnt and dry, and packed horribly. plus 2 of the four drinks i paid for never arrived.
