McDonalds is definitely not the working persons restaurant it used to be! I ordered a hot Carmel macchiato, paid for it, then was told at the window that their machine was down. They would not refund my 5.49 for the coffee, but instead gave me a large reg coffee. A 3.00 difference they just screwed me out of! so disappointing what they have become. They used to be a fav, now expensive and food is just okay!

They forgot my cookies , I need a refund and service employees should mark each item on receipt (quality check ) to ensure all items were placed in the bag
