I got a Big Mac and the lettuce was visibly discolored and dark, and it appeared to have mold or spoilage on it. The lettuce definitely did not look fresh or safe to eat. I brought it to their attention and received a refund, but I wanted to leave a review because food quality and proper food handling are important. I understand lettuce can discolor naturally, but this looked far beyond normal freshness and should have been caught before the burger was served.

I ordered medium fries without salt to ensure I'd get fresh fries. The fries not only came with salt, but they tasted like they were an hour old, and they were only half filled. I will never order fries from you again as this has become a trend.

My hot n spicy had old lettuce in it & TOO MUCH MAYO. I thought the other would me better but no the exact same I wouldn't be ordering again everytime I order here it's a hit or miss w the delivery or location

. my only note is their chef can definitely learn how to put the sauce on the actual burger and not all over the side of it, but that would be my only suggestion. just what the doctor ordered a greasy terrible for you big Mac don't know why I had a craving and damn it was so good
