I had problems with this McDonald's before where the food wasn't very fresh and it was cold, but the food is getting a lot better. The McChicken® Biscuit Meal was very delicious and the chicken was very tender including the biscuit. The Iced Caramel Macchiato was also very tasty. The only thing about the iced coffee was there wasn't enough caramel and it got lost in the coffee but it was still really good. I'll order from this McDonald's again. It's a lot better now.

on top of not filling my large frys up, the drink was not put into a drink holder and was losely into the delivery bag where it could have fallen over and spilled. I got 7 instead of 8 packets of Ketchup Packet . I know its not something to really complain about but if we are looking for accuracy even missing 1 is not good. doesn't really look like they added extra onions let alone pickles🤷♀️
also my large frys barely being filled up all the way. not very accurate at all.
all I ask is this company do better with there staff on how to make the food more accurate

The McCrispy™ sandwich I ordered was unfortunately burnt -- after taking a bite into it I realized how tough the chicken was to bite into, and upon further inspecting, we realized how overcooked the piece was.

This might be one of the worst McDonald's in LA... undercooked nuggets my first time, followed by forgetting my nuggets entirely this time but sending my side of Mac sauce in a leaking container. Burgers are usually fine.
